Tips:
- Choose the right cauliflower: Look for a cauliflower head that is firm and white, with no blemishes or bruises. A medium-sized head will yield about 4 cups of florets.
- Cut the cauliflower into florets: Use a sharp knife to cut the cauliflower head into 1-inch florets. Make sure to cut through the stem so that the florets stay intact.
- Steam the cauliflower: Steaming is the best way to cook cauliflower for this recipe. It helps to preserve the cauliflower's nutrients and gives it a tender texture. You can steam the cauliflower in a steamer basket over boiling water, or you can use a microwave steamer.
- Make the dressing: While the cauliflower is steaming, whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Toss the cauliflower with the dressing: Once the cauliflower is cooked, transfer it to a large bowl and toss it with the dressing. Make sure to coat all of the florets evenly.
- Chill the cauliflower: Cover the bowl of cauliflower and chill it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. This will help the flavors to develop and meld.
- Garnish and serve: When you're ready to serve the cauliflower, garnish it with chopped parsley or chives. You can also serve it with crackers or bread.

Deviled cauliflower is a delicious and healthy appetizer or side dish that is perfect for any occasion. It is easy to make and can be tailored to your own taste preferences. With its creamy, tangy flavor and tender texture, deviled cauliflower is sure to be a hit with your family and friends.
