1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon brown sugar

Tips for Making the Best Deviled Lamb Chops in the Microwave:

  • Choose high-quality lamb chops. Look for chops that are a uniform size and have a good amount of marbling. This will help ensure that they cook evenly and stay moist.
  • Season the chops generously. Use a combination of salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to give the chops a flavorful crust.
  • Sear the chops in a skillet before microwaving them. This will help to lock in the juices and create a delicious caramelized crust.
  • Microwave the chops on high power for 2-3 minutes per side. The exact cooking time will depend on the thickness of the chops, so check them frequently to prevent overcooking.
  • Let the chops rest for a few minutes before serving. This will allow the juices to redistribute throughout the meat, resulting in a more tender and flavorful chop.

Conclusion:

Deviled lamb chops are a delicious and easy-to-make dish that can be prepared in the microwave in just a few minutes. By following the tips above, you can create perfectly cooked chops that are tender, juicy, and full of flavor.
