1 tablespoon orange zest

Steps:

1/2 cup sugar (sugar substitute) or 1/2 cup Splenda granular (sugar substitute)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 egg
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup butter, melted
2/3 cup chopped cranberries
1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Steps:
