1/2 c boiling water
1 c non-fat dry milk powder
2/3 c splenda
3 Tbsp butter, melted
few drops of vanilla

Steps:

  • 1. Add the liquids first, then the powders, cover and blend on high speed for 30 seconds or until smooth. Remove from the blender. Use in a recipe immediately or store in a covered container in the refrigerator
  • 2. Tips: A food processor may also be used to blend the ingredients.
  • 3. I've used this in most pies that called for a can of sweetened condensed milk and it worked fine. Works particularly well for Key Lime Pies.

1 1/3 c dry milk powder
1/4 c splenda/sugar blend
1/2 c water

Steps:

  • 1. In microwave safe mixing bowl, combine dry milk and Splenda blend
  • 2. Add the water
  • 3. Mix well to combine using a wire whip.
  • 4. Microwave on high for 45-60sec or till mixture is hot but not boiling.
  • 5. Place bowl on counter and mix well .
  • 6. Let set 5 mins .
  • 7. Stir,cover,and refrigerate for at least 2 hrs.
  • 8. Use in any recipe that calls for a can of sweetened condensed milk. . This will keep for up to two weeks in refrigerator if properly covered.
