This is a great tasting loaf, fruity and nutty at the same time.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease one 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.
- Beat eggs slightly. Add butter and sugar. Beat smooth. Stir in pineapple and vanilla.
- In separate bowl put flour, baking powder, soda, salt, and walnuts. Stir well and pour into pineapple mixture. Stir to moisten. Pour into greased 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.
- Bake in 350 degree F (175 degree C) oven for 1 hour. Test with toothpick. Let stand 10 minutes. Remove from pan. Cool and wrap.

As Hawaiin as I am, this one is a shocker! But it tastes great, the beer gives it a delightful yeasty taste.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease one 9x5 inch baking pan.
- Combine the pineapple flour, sugar and beer. Do not overmix! Pour batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for about 1 hour or until bread tests done.

Steps:
- Combine pineapple and coconut in bowl.
- Combine sugar and cornstarch in separate bowl and mix well.
- Add sugar and cornstarch mixture into pineapple and coconut mixture and mix well.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Combine all ingredients in order of recipe in mixing bowl, and mix with dough hook until dough picks up on hook and the sides of the mixing bowl is clean.
- Let dough rise until it doubles in size.
- Roll out dough onto a floured surface until it is 2 inches thick.
- Next spread pineapple/coconut mixture over the top of the dough.
- Fold dough into itself and place in a greased 9x13-inch cake pan.
- Cut dough into pieces with a pizza cutter and spread out cut pieces evenly in cake pan.
- Let dough rise in warm oven (110°F) - about half way up the pan.
- Bake at 325°F for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let bread cool, cut and serve.
