DORITO® CASSEROLE WITH CHICKEN
This recipe was created after a couple of years of tweaking. I've successfully served it to people ranging in age from 6 to 60! My husband loves it so much that he insists I make it for him every week. It also keeps well as leftovers. One extra pound of ground chicken may be substituted for the ground pork.

Tips:
- Use quality ingredients: Fresh chicken, flavorful cheese, and ripe vegetables will make a big difference in the taste of your casserole.
- Don't overcook the chicken: Chicken should be cooked through but still tender and juicy. Overcooked chicken will be dry and tough.
- Use a variety of cheeses: A combination of different cheeses will create a more complex and flavorful casserole. Try using a mix of cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses.
- Don't be afraid to experiment: You can add other ingredients to your casserole to customize it to your liking. Try adding diced bell peppers, onions, or corn. You could also use different types of beans or rice.
- Let the casserole rest: Before serving, let the casserole rest for a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
