Tips:
- Measure your ingredients accurately. This is especially important for baking, as even a small difference in the amount of an ingredient can affect the outcome of your muffins.
- Use fresh, high-quality ingredients. This will help ensure that your muffins taste their best.
- Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing can make the muffins tough.
- Fill the muffin cups only about 2/3 full. This will allow the muffins to rise properly.
- Bake the muffins until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Overbaking can make the muffins dry.
