DRIED BEEF CHEESE BALL
This dried beef cheese ball recipe is the perfect old school holiday appetizer! Tangy cream cheese is loaded with salty chipped beef, worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and scallions. Unlike the original recipe, this one has way less salt and no MSG so it's much healthier!

- Mix together cream cheese, 1 jar of chopped dried beef, 4 chopped green onions, worcestershire saucee, and garlic powder.
- In a separate bowl, mix together remaining chopped dried beef and chopped scallion.
- Oil or spray your hands with nonstick and shape the cream cheese mixture into a ball. Roll the ball in the dried beef and scallion mixture until it's thoroughly coated.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

- Then forml into a ball.
- roll the ball in the rest of the beef.

- Chop the salty dried beef and green onions, and shred the cheddar cheese (if you didn't buy it already shredded to save time).
- Mix in the dried beef, green onions, and cheddar cheese with the stand mixer.
- If the cheese ball mixture requires additional seasoning, season with salt and pepper.
