¼ cup margarine
¼ cup all-purpose flour
2 cups milk
4 ounces processed cheese food, cubed
1 (8 ounce) package uncooked egg noodles
1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
4 ounces dried beef, chopped
1 cup crushed plain potato chips

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add the egg noodles, and cook until tender, about 8 minutes. Drain and transfer to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Melt the margarine in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in the flour using a fork so that no lumps form. Gradually stir in the milk. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly, then add the cheese. 1 medium onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 jar (14 ounces) spaghetti sauce
1 cup water
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 cup canola oil
1 package (7 ounces) elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
2 cans (4 ounces each) mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup soft bread crumbs
Additional mozzarella cheese, optional

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Drain. 2 cups of uncooked elbow macaroni
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup of frozen baby sweet peas
1 (25 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (2 1/2 ounce) jar dried beef, coarsely chopped
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon dried onion flakes

Steps:

  • Place eggs in medium saucepan; cover with cold water. Bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and simmer about 15 minutes. Drain immediately and run cold water over the eggs to stop the cooking. Peel the eggs and finely chop.
