4 chicken breast halves (1 to 1 1/4 lbs.)
1 cup barbecue sauce
1 (10 ounce) package frozen whole kernel corn or 1 (15 1/4 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 450*.

  • Bake 18 to 22 minutes on a cookie sheet in oven.

Tips:

  • Choose the right type of chicken. Boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs work best for this recipe. Chicken breasts are leaner, while chicken thighs are more flavorful.
  • Use a variety of vegetables. Some popular choices include broccoli, carrots, potatoes, and onions. You can also use other vegetables that you like.
  • Season the chicken and vegetables well. Use a combination of salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. You can also add other spices that you like.
  • Use a heavy-duty aluminum foil. This will help to prevent the packets from tearing.
  • Seal the packets tightly. This will help to keep the moisture in and the flavors from escaping.
  • Cook the packets over medium-high heat. This will help to cook the chicken and vegetables evenly.
  • Let the packets rest for a few minutes before opening. This will help to prevent the steam from escaping and burning you.
