3 lbs chicken, cut up
2/3 cup Bisquick
1 tablespoon butter
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • Melt butter in 13 x 9 x 2 baking pan in the hot oven.
  • Mix dry ingredients together very well and coat chicken.
  • Place chicken skin side down in hot butter and bake 35 minutes; turn and bake another 15 minutes.

1 cup Bisquick baking mix
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 -2 lb chicken leg
1/4 cup egg, beaten
3 tablespoons margarine, melted

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 450°F Line cookie sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray.
  • In 1-gallon resealable food-storage plastic bag, stir together Bisquick® mix, salt, basil and garlic powder.
  • Dip half the chicken strips into egg; place in bag of Bisquick mixture. Seal bag; shake to coat. Place chicken on cookie sheet. Repeat with remaining chicken. Drizzle melted margarine over chicken.
  • Bake 12 to 14 minutes, turning after 6 minutes with pancake turner, until no longer pink in center.

6 chicken legs
¾ cup cornstarch
¾ cup panko bread crumbs
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon Greek seasoning

½ teaspoon poultry seasoning

⅓ cup butter, melted, divided
