Tips:

  • Mise en place: Before you start cooking, make sure you have all your ingredients and utensils ready. This will help you stay organized and avoid scrambling halfway through the recipe.
  • Use a large skillet: This will give the chicken and potatoes plenty of room to cook evenly and prevent them from overcrowding.
  • Season the chicken and potatoes well: This will help them develop a delicious flavor. Be sure to use a variety of spices and herbs, such as garlic, paprika, oregano, and rosemary.
  • Don't overcrowd the skillet: If you add too much chicken and potatoes to the skillet, they will not cook evenly. Cook them in batches if necessary.
  • Cook the chicken and potatoes until they are cooked through: The chicken should be cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit, and the potatoes should be tender when pierced with a fork.
  • Serve the chicken and potatoes with your favorite sides: Some popular options include mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a salad.

Conclusion:

This easy chicken and potato dinner is a delicious and satisfying meal that is perfect for a weeknight dinner. It is also a great way to use up leftover chicken. With a few simple ingredients and a little bit of time, you can create a meal that the whole family will enjoy.
