2 pounds white candy coating, broken into small pieces
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
4 ounces German sweet chocolate, chopped
1 jar (24 ounces) dry roasted peanuts

Steps:

  • In a 3-qt. slow cooker, combine the candy coating, chocolate chips and German chocolate. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour. Reduce heat to low; cover and cook 1 hour longer or until melted, stirring every 15 minutes. , Stir in peanuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Let stand until set. Store at room temperature.

1 1/4 cups dry chow mein noodles
1 cup salted peanuts

Steps:

  • In the microwave melt the chocolate and peanut butter chips, stir until smooth.
  • Add in the chow mein noodles and peanuts; mix until coated.
  • Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto a baking sheet that has been lined with waxed paper.
  • Refrigerate until set (about 2-3 hours).
  • **NOTE* these will easily pick up refrigerator odors if stored in the fridge so place in a tightly covered container.

1 1/2 cups assorted dried fruits and toasted nuts, (choose among raisins, cherries, cranberries, chopped apricots, almonds, pecans, walnuts, hazelnuts, pistachios, and macadamia nuts)
1 package (12 ounces) white-chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Line a baking sheet with waxed paper. In a small bowl, combine dried fruits and nuts.
  • Heat white-chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water, stirring until smooth.
  • Drop level tablespoons of melted chocolate onto prepared sheet, 2 inches apart. Mound fruit-nut mixture on top, pressing in gently. Refrigerate until set, 15 to 20 minutes.

2 lbs white chocolate almond bark
1 lb dark chocolate almond bark
1 (4 ounce) bar German chocolate
1 (12 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (32 ounce) container dry roasted peanuts
1 (16 ounce) container whole roasted almonds
1 teaspoon almond flavoring

Steps:

  • Turn crock pot on high and ad the first six ingredients. Cook for 45 minutes (do not peek or stir!). Reduce heat and cook for one hour or until all chocolate is melted, stirring every 15 minute Add almond flavoring and stir.
  • Put by spoonfuls into mini muffin liners. Store in an airtight container.
