TEX MEX HOT DOG RECIPE
Tex Mex Hot Dogs are loaded with flavors and really easy to make. They're perfect to serve up to guests when you're entertaining in the grilling season.

Steps:
- Add the corn, chopped green onion, cilantro, chives and lime juice to a large mixing bowl. Mix well and set aside.
- Heat up your grill to medium-high heat. Add your hot dogs and grill for 4-5 minutes until cooked.
- Add the buns and heat for one more minute or until toasted.
- Spread guacamole onto the buns, add the hot dogs, and top with corn relish and jalapeño peppers. Serve and enjoy!
EASY CHEESY HOT DOGS
Fast and fun although probably not the healthiest meal on Earth. They go well with French fries, fresh salads, tarator or simply some bread.

Steps:
- Half the hotdogs so that the two halves remain attached to each other along the whole length of the hotdog.
- Cut the cheese into sticks or cubes and fill the hotdogs with it.
- Put in the oven and heat (medium to high heat) until cheese melts and take out before the hotdogs start getting brown.
EASY, CRUNCHY HOT DOGS
No need for a bun with these crispy flakes. The dogs are rolled in ketchup and mustard, then rolled in cornflake crumbs and baked. This is easy and delicious - kids love them! I grew up with these as my mother was diabetic and needed to cut down on bread (buns) so she made us kids these instead. For something different, try adding some Parmesan cheese to corn flake crumb mixture.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with a sheet of aluminum foil.
- Stir together ketchup and mustard on a plate until mixed. Place the cornflake crumbs in a shallow bowl. Roll each hot dog in the ketchup mixture, then roll in the cornflake crumbs to coat. Place onto prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in preheated oven until the hot dogs are hot on the inside, and crispy on the outside, 15 to 20 minutes.
