Tips:

  • Use fresh, large shrimp: The larger the shrimp, the better they will hold up to the cooking process. Fresh shrimp will also have a better flavor and texture than frozen shrimp.
  • Marinate the shrimp: Marinating the shrimp in a mixture of olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and herbs will help to add flavor and prevent them from drying out during cooking.
  • Cook the shrimp over high heat: This will help to sear the shrimp and prevent them from becoming tough.
  • Do not overcook the shrimp: Shrimp cook very quickly, so it is important to watch them carefully and remove them from the heat as soon as they are cooked through.
  • Add the noodles to the shrimp towards the end of cooking: This will help to prevent the noodles from becoming overcooked.
  • Serve the shrimp and noodles immediately: This is when they will be at their best flavor and texture.
