1 package (3.4 ounces) instant pistachio pudding mix
4 large eggs, room temperature
1-1/2 cups water
1/4 cup canola oil
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
Confectioners' sugar

1 box white or yellow moist cake mix
2 box 4oz instant pistachio pudding
1 c ginger ale
1 c vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 12 oz cool whip
1 1/2 c milk any percent
1/2 c finley chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • 1. Mix in medium bowl cake mix,1 box pistachio pudding,eggs,oil and ginger ale for about 2 minutes on medium speed until well beat pour into 12x9 inch cake pan cook on 350 degrees for 50 to 60 mins
