Tips:

  • Choose the right chicken: Bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs or breasts work best for this recipe. The bone and skin help the chicken stay moist and flavorful during cooking.
  • Use fresh rosemary: Fresh rosemary has a more intense flavor than dried rosemary. If you only have dried rosemary, use about 1/2 teaspoon.
  • Don't overcrowd the pan: If you're cooking a lot of chicken, cook it in batches so that the chicken has enough space to brown properly.
  • Baste the chicken frequently: Basting the chicken with the melted butter and rosemary mixture helps to keep it moist and flavorful.
  • Cook the chicken until it's cooked through: The chicken is cooked through when it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.

Conclusion:

Rosemary chicken is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that's perfect for any occasion. The combination of rosemary, butter, and garlic creates a flavorful and aromatic dish that everyone will love. Serve rosemary chicken with your favorite sides, such as mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or rice.
