1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes (do not drain)
4 cloves garlic, minced
4 ounces cheese-filled egg tortellini, dry

Tips:

  • Use good quality ingredients: Fresh vegetables, flavorful broth, and high-quality tortellini will make all the difference in the taste of your soup.
  • Don't overcrowd the pot: If you add too much tortellini or spinach to the pot, it will be difficult for the soup to come to a boil and the tortellini will not cook evenly.
  • Season to taste: Add salt, pepper, and other seasonings to taste. You may also want to add a squeeze of lemon juice or a dash of red pepper flakes for extra flavor.
  • Serve immediately: Tortellini soup is best served hot, so be sure to serve it as soon as it is finished cooking.

Conclusion:

Tortellini spinach soup is a quick and easy soup that is perfect for a weeknight meal. It is also a great way to use up leftover tortellini. With its simple ingredients and delicious flavor, this soup is sure to become a family favorite.
