250 g shelled frozen edamame
1 cup sweet onion, Chopped
cooking spray

Steps:

  • Bring 3 cups of water to a rapid boil.
  • Put the frozen Edamame into the boiling water, return to boil & cook for 4 minutes, drain and set aside.
  • Lightly spray a skillet with oil , medium heat, fry the onions until they are golden Apprx 10 minutes.

1 star anise
2 scallions
3 slices ginger
1 cup water

Steps:
