Serve with salsa, sour cream and guacamole. If preparing the night before: Mix all ingredients together EXCEPT Baking Powder. Put mixture in a large zip-loc bag and refrigerate overnight. 45 minutes before ready to serve, add baking powder to mixture and pour in 9x13 baking dish. - Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease 9-inch square or round baking pan.
- Beat eggs in a large bowl at high speed with an electric mixer 4-5 minutes or until slightly thickened and lemon colored.
