¾ cup white sugar
1 cup cold water
6 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon rose water
2 cardamom pods, crushed

Steps:

  • Combine milk and sugar together in a saucepan; bring to a boil.

I have also lowered the sugar content.Thanks you ladies for the insight :D

3 cups milk
2 1/2 tablespoons sugar (more if you like)
