Steps:
- 1. Mix the milk and soup; heat over medium heat, then add the cheese. Simmer until cheese is melted. Stir chopped parsley and pimentos, if using, into the soup. Pour sauce over the meatloaf, or pass at the table.
Tips:
- When choosing ground beef for your meatloaf, opt for a blend of 80% lean and 20% fat. This ratio will ensure that your meatloaf is both moist and flavorful.
- Don't overmix the ground beef. Overmixing can result in a tough, dense meatloaf.
- Use a variety of seasonings and spices to flavor your meatloaf. Some popular options include garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, chili powder, and cumin.
- Don't be afraid to get creative with your meatloaf. You can add various ingredients to the meat mixture, such as cheese, bacon, chopped vegetables, or bread crumbs.
- Bake your meatloaf in a preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about one hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Let the meatloaf rest for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving. This will help the meatloaf hold its shape and prevent it from falling apart.
Conclusion:
Elvis Meatloaf is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for any occasion. With its unique combination of flavors and textures, this meatloaf is sure to be a hit with everyone who tries it.
