Tips:

  • Use a variety of cheeses. This will give your stuffed shells a more complex flavor. A good combination is to use a blend of mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses.
  • Don't overcook the shells. They should be cooked al dente, or slightly firm to the bite. If you overcook them, they will become mushy.
  • Use a flavorful sauce. The sauce is what will really make your stuffed shells sing. A good option is to use a homemade enchilada sauce. You can also use a store-bought sauce, but be sure to doctor it up with some spices and herbs.
  • Don't be afraid to experiment. There are many different ways to make stuffed shells. Feel free to add your own favorite ingredients and experiment with different flavors.

Conclusion:

Enchilada-inspired stuffed shells are a delicious and easy-to-make meal. They're perfect for a weeknight dinner or a special occasion.
