Very easy, yet very good wet burritos. I got this recipe from a friend, and everyone I serve them to asks for the recipe. Serve with guacamole, sour cream and salsa.

Tips:
- Choose the right tortillas: Large flour tortillas are the best choice for wet burritos because they are soft and pliable, and they can hold a lot of filling without breaking.
- Cook the filling thoroughly: This will help to prevent the filling from becoming soggy and will also make it more flavorful.
- Don't overfill the tortillas: Too much filling will make the burritos difficult to fold and will also make them more likely to break.
- Use a good quality cheese: A sharp cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese will melt well and add a lot of flavor to the burritos.
- Be careful when dipping the burritos in the sauce: The sauce should be hot, but not too hot, or it will burn the tortillas.
- Serve the burritos immediately: Wet burritos are best when they are served hot and fresh.
Conclusion:
Wet burritos are a delicious and easy-to-make meal that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. They are perfect for a quick and easy weeknight dinner or for a party or potluck. With a few simple tips, you can make wet burritos that are sure to impress your family and friends.
