BEST EVER SAUCY BEEF KABOBS
This is a five-star recipe that combines the great taste of grilled beef kabobs with a delicious tomato sauce baste. I always double the sauce to top the beef and veggies over rice. A mouth-watering meal.

FANTASTIC GRILLED BEEF KABOBS!
My family *loves* these kabobs, plan ahead the beef needs to marinate 8 hours or overnight is even better, if you are using wooden skewers make certain to soak them in cold water for a minimum of 30 minutes before using them for grilling or they will burn, this recipe serves 3-4 people (two skewers each) but I would suggest to double the recipe if you are serving more than 4 people --- cooking time is only estimated and prep time includes marinating time. The French dressing can be replaced with Russian dressing if desired, you will love these! :)

Tips for Making Beef Kabobs
- Choose the right cut of beef. Tender cuts like tenderloin or strip steak will cook quickly and evenly. More affordable cuts like flank steak or skirt steak can also be used, but they should be marinated for longer to tenderize them.
- Cut the beef into 1-inch cubes. This will ensure that they cook evenly.
- Use a variety of vegetables for your kabobs. Some good options include bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, and zucchini.
- Marinate the beef and vegetables in a flavorful marinade for at least 30 minutes. This will help to add flavor and keep the meat moist.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. This will help to sear the outside of the beef and vegetables and prevent them from sticking to the grill.
- Thread the beef and vegetables onto skewers. Be sure to leave some space between the pieces so that they can cook evenly.
- Grill the kabobs for 8-10 minutes per side, or until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness. Be careful not to overcook the beef, or it will become tough.
- Serve the kabobs immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
Conclusion
Beef kabobs are a delicious and easy-to-make meal that is perfect for summer grilling. By following these tips, you can make sure that your kabobs are juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection.
