2 -3 tablespoons lemon juice

Steps:

  • Put soy sauce in a 1 cup measure.
  • Add lemon juice to make 1/2 cup.
  • Add water to make one cup. Place beef steaks or pork flat in a non-metallic dish.

  • Marinate for at least 1/2 hour or up to 3 hours.

2 teaspoons garlic salt (to taste)
2 teaspoons onion salt (to taste)
3 tablespoons onion flakes (to taste)
2 teaspoons Lawrys seasoned garlic salt (to taste)
2 tablespoons mesquite liquid smoke (to taste)
2 tablespoons hickory liquid smoke (to taste)
2 tablespoons liquid smoke (to taste)
