FAVORITE BAKE-OFF BANANA WHEAT QUICK BREAD
This recipe is from the 1973 Pillsbury Bake-off contest and is my favorite version of banana bread. I usually make a powdered sugar glaze for the top, which makes it extra special.

FAVORITE BANANA BLUEBERRY QUICK BREAD
This is so good and reminds me of a real moist kind of a sweet quick bread. Everybody asks for the recipe: this bread is moist, and easy to make too. Note: If you are using frozen blueberries, you can thaw them in the microwave for about 3 minutes. However, you need to increase the amount of blueberries to 3/4 cup.

Tips:
- Use ripe bananas. The riper the bananas, the sweeter and more flavorful your bread will be.
- Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing can make the bread tough.
- Bake the bread until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool completely before slicing and serving. This will help the bread set and make it easier to slice.
Conclusion:
Banana wheat quick bread is a delicious and easy-to-make treat that is perfect for breakfast, lunch, or a snack. It is also a great way to use up ripe bananas. This recipe is a simple one that can be easily adapted to your own taste. So get creative and experiment with different add-ins, such as nuts, chocolate chips, or dried fruit.
