- Use fresh ingredients: The fresher your ingredients, the better your quiche will taste. If possible, use organic or locally-sourced ingredients.
- Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing the batter will make your quiche tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
- Blind-bake the crust: Blind-baking the crust will help to prevent it from becoming soggy. To blind-bake the crust, preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and bake the crust for 10-12 minutes.
- Use a variety of cheeses: Using a variety of cheeses will give your quiche a more complex flavor. Some good options include cheddar, mozzarella, Parmesan, and Gruyère.
- Add your favorite vegetables: You can add any vegetables you like to your quiche. Some popular options include spinach, broccoli, mushrooms, and onions.
- Season the quiche well: Season the quiche with salt, pepper, and other herbs and spices to taste.
- Let the quiche cool before slicing: Let the quiche cool for at least 15 minutes before slicing. This will help to prevent the quiche from falling apart.
