Categories     Vegetable     Appetizer     Easter     Fourth of July

Yield 2 people

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 medium tomatoes
1 clove garlic
1 medium shallot
2 tablespoons Pacifica Culinaria Key Lime Avocado Oil
1 medium Serrano pepper
salt and pepper

Steps:

  • Chop all ingredients by hand or in a food processor, mix together and serve.

Tips:

  • Choose ripe limes: The key to a great salsa is using ripe limes. Look for limes that are deep green in color with no blemishes. Ripe limes will be slightly soft to the touch and have a fragrant aroma.
  • Use fresh ingredients: Fresh ingredients are essential for making a flavorful salsa. Use freshly chopped cilantro, onions, tomatoes, and jalapeños. If you can, try to use organic ingredients for the best flavor and nutritional value.
  • 不要过度搅拌: Salsa is best when it has a fresh, chunky texture. Avoid over-stirring the salsa, as this will make it watery and bland.
  • Serve immediately: Salsa is best when served immediately after it is made. The flavors will meld together and the salsa will be at its freshest. However, you can store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Conclusion:

Fresh lime salsa is a delicious and versatile condiment that can be used to add flavor to a variety of dishes. It is easy to make and can be tailored to your own taste preferences.
