1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons cornstarch
Dash salt
2 cups chopped fresh strawberries
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Steps:

  • In a small saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch and salt. Stir in strawberries, water and lemon juice until blended. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, until mixture is thickened and strawberries are tender, 2-3 minutes.

5 eggs
1/4 cup plain yogurt (I use stonyfield organic)
2 tablespoons vanilla
butter
10 strawberries, sliced thin
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup maple syrup
