Tips:

  • For a richer mousse, use heavy cream instead of milk.
  • If you don't have a food processor, you can whip the cream and egg whites by hand with a whisk.
  • Be careful not to overbeat the cream, or it will become grainy.
  • If you don't have maple syrup, you can use honey or agave nectar instead.
  • You can use any type of graham cracker crumbs for the crust.
  • If you don't have a springform pan, you can use a regular pie plate and trim the excess crust.
  • Freeze the mousse pie for at least 4 hours before serving.

Conclusion:

This frozen maple mousse pie is a delicious and easy-to-make dessert that is perfect for any occasion. The creamy mousse filling is light and fluffy, and the maple flavor is perfectly balanced with the sweet graham cracker crust. This pie is sure to be a hit with everyone who tries it!
