Tips:

  • Use fresh prawns. Fresh prawns have a sweeter, more delicate flavor than frozen prawns.
  • Clean the prawns properly. Remove the heads, tails, and shells from the prawns. Devein the prawns by making a shallow cut down the back of each prawn and removing the dark vein.
  • Marinate the prawns. Marinating the prawns in a mixture of olive oil, garlic, paprika, and chili flakes helps to infuse them with flavor.
  • Cook the prawns in a hot pan. A hot pan will help to sear the prawns and prevent them from becoming tough.
  • Do not overcook the prawns. Prawns only take a few minutes to cook. Overcooking them will make them tough and rubbery.
  • Serve the prawns immediately. Gambas Pil Pil is best served immediately after it is cooked. The prawns will be hot and juicy, and the sauce will be flavorful and aromatic.

Conclusion:

Gambas Pil Pil is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a quick and easy meal. It is a great way to enjoy fresh prawns, and the sauce is flavorful and aromatic. This dish is sure to be a hit with your family and friends.
