2 cans of canned whole potatoes, drained
1 stick of butter, sliced into tablespoon size (for better melting)
1 teaspoon garlic powder or use chopped garlic
Sprinkling of salt and pepper
crumbled cooked bacon
parsley
rosemary

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Place a stick of butter in a non-stick baking pan (a 13x9 pan works well). Place the pan on the center rack of the oven until the butter is melted.
