Garlic-Stuffed Pork Roast With Glaze image

For even more flavor after seasoning the roast cover and refrigerate overnight -- for best results use a meat thermometor for this, stuff the roast with as many cloves as desired, I say the more the better! --- NOTE if you prefer lots of glaze, use 1 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons cornstarch, 1/2 cup vinegar, 1/2 cup water and 1/4 cup soy sauce, cook as directed.

Tips:

  • Choose the right cut of beef: A chuck roast or rump roast are both good choices for this recipe. They are both relatively inexpensive and have a good amount of marbling, which will help keep the roast moist and flavorful.
  • Use a sharp knife to make the slits in the roast: This will help to ensure that the garlic butter is evenly distributed throughout the roast.
  • Don't overstuff the roast: You want to be able to close the slits completely without the garlic butter spilling out.
  • Roast the beef at a low temperature: This will help to prevent the roast from drying out.
  • Let the roast rest before carving: This will help to keep the juices in the roast and prevent them from running out when you cut it.

Conclusion:

Garlic stuffed roast is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a special occasion. The combination of garlic, butter, and beef is sure to please everyone at the table. With a little planning, you can have this dish on the table in no time. So next time you're looking for a special meal to make, give garlic stuffed roast a try. You won't be disappointed.
