Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Cut cube steak into serving size pieces. Coat meat with the bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. Heat olive oil in a large frying pan, and saute 1 teaspoon of the garlic for 3 minutes. Quick fry (brown quickly on both sides) meat. Place meat in a casserole baking dish, slightly overlapping edges. Place onion rings and peppers on top of meat, and pour pasta sauce over all.
- Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 to 45 minutes, depending on the thickness of the meat. Sprinkle mozzarella over meat and leave in the oven till bubbly.
- Boil pasta al dente. Drain, and toss in butter and 1 teaspoon garlic. For a stronger garlic taste, season with garlic powder. Top with grated parmesan and parsley for color. Serve meat and sauce atop a mound of pasta! HINT: make the meat ahead of time, and refrigerate over night, the acid in the tomato sauce will tenderize the meat even more. If you do this, save the mozzarella till the last minute.

Steps:
- Pour a boiled kettleful of water into a medium pan, salt the water and bring it back to the boil over a highish heat. Tip the potatoes into the water and boil for 5 minutes. Tip the pasta into the same water, give it a stir and continue to boil everything for about 10 minutes or until the pasta and potatoes feel soft when prodded with a fork.
- While the pasta is cooking, chop the tomatoes into chunky pieces, then chop them a little bit more, as you would for a salsa. Scrape the tomatoes and their juice off the board into a bowl. Season generously with salt and pepper and mix in the olive oil, garlic and crushed chilli until it's all amalgamated.
- When the pasta and potatoes are cooked, toss them in the bowl with the tomato sauce until evenly coated. Divide the pasta between two bowls and serve with a sprinkling of grated cheese.

Tips:
- Select High-Quality Ingredients: Use fresh, ripe tomatoes, tender beef, and flavorful garlic for the best results. High-quality ingredients will elevate the taste of the dish.
- Don't Overcook the Beef: Cook the beef until it reaches your desired doneness, but avoid overcooking as it can become tough and dry. Medium-rare or medium is recommended for a tender and juicy texture.
- Use Fresh Garlic: Freshly minced garlic provides a more intense and aromatic flavor compared to garlic powder or pre-packaged garlic. It adds a delicious depth of flavor to the dish.
- Season Generously: Don't be afraid to season the dish liberally with salt and pepper to enhance the flavors. Taste the sauce as you cook and adjust the seasoning accordingly.
- Simmer for Flavor: Simmering the sauce allows the flavors to meld and develop. Take your time and let the sauce simmer gently for at least 20 minutes, or longer if you have the time.
- Serve with High-Quality Pasta: Choose a good quality pasta that will hold the sauce well and cook evenly. Fresh or dried pasta can be used, depending on your preference.
