Time 35m

Number Of Ingredients 10

2 russet potatoes
1 medium yellow onion
4 celery stalks, with leaves
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 Tbsp unsalted butter
2 c milk
1/2 c half and half
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp vegeta

  • 4. Add salt, vegeta and mix. Add bay leaf. Let boil until vegetables are tender.
