GINGER S'MORES
I've spent a few years now perfecting this recipe to get a soft, flavorful cookie while balancing the marshmallow and chocolate so they don't overpower the cookie. I think I finally got it! Recently I added orange zest-it really complements the other flavors. -Lynsay Benson, Minnetonka, Minnesota

Tips:
- Use high-quality chocolate. The better the chocolate, the better the s'mores will be. Look for a chocolate that is at least 60% cacao.
- Use fresh graham crackers. Stale graham crackers will make your s'mores soggy. Be sure to use fresh, crispy graham crackers.
- Don't overcook the marshmallows. You want the marshmallows to be melted and gooey, but not burnt. Cook them over the fire for just a few seconds, until they are golden brown.
- Assemble the s'mores immediately. Once the marshmallows are cooked, assemble the s'mores right away. The heat from the marshmallows will help to melt the chocolate and graham crackers.
- Enjoy your s'mores! S'mores are best enjoyed warm and gooey. So, don't wait to eat them!
Conclusion:
Ginger smores are a fun and easy way to enjoy a campfire treat. With just a few simple ingredients, you can create a delicious and satisfying dessert that the whole family will love. So, next time you're camping, be sure to give ginger smores a try!
