2 teaspoons butter
2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon dried minced onion
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup milk
1 egg yolk
4 slices fully cooked ham (1/8 inch thick)
4 slices Swiss cheese
1 package (10 ounces) frozen broccoli spears, cooked and drained

Steps:

  • In a small saucepan, melt butter; stir in flour. Stir in the mustard, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, onion and salt. Combine the pineapple juice, milk and egg yolk. 8 slices swiss cheese
8 slices ham (rectangular sliced lunchmeat)
2 (10 ounce) packages broccoli stems, steamed and drained
1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine
1 tablespoon flour
1/4 teaspoon salt (I omit the salt)
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
2 teaspoons mustard
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon grated onion
2 egg yolks, beaten
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup milk
