GLUTEN-FREE SHAKE AND BAKE ALMOND CHICKEN

Gluten-Free Shake and Bake Almond Chicken image

This is my go-to recipe when I'm in a hurry. It's so easy, and yet so good. Because of the coating, the chicken is always extra juicy. Kids can't tell they're nuts (looks like breading) and love it. It's healthy (and grain-free for those with allergies). Everyone asks me for the recipe...that's my cue to add it to Allrecipes!

Tips:

  • Use blanched almond flour for a finer texture and a milder almond flavor.
  • If you don't have almond flour, you can make your own by grinding almonds in a food processor until they are fine and powdery.
  • Be sure to measure your ingredients accurately. Too much almond flour will make the crispies dry and crumbly, while too little will make them soft and chewy.
  • Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing will make the crispies tough.
  • Bake the crispies until they are golden brown. This will ensure that they are cooked through and have a crispy texture.
  • Let the crispies cool completely before storing them. This will help them to set and become even crispier.

Conclusion:

These gluten-free almond crispies are a delicious and easy-to-make snack or dessert. They are perfect for parties, potlucks, or lunchboxes. With their crispy texture and sweet almond flavor, these crispies are sure to be a hit with everyone who tries them.
