Tips:

  • Use fresh, boneless, skinless chicken breasts. This will ensure that your chicken fingers are tender and juicy.
  • Cut the chicken breasts into 1-inch strips. This will help them cook evenly.
  • Use a gluten-free flour blend. This will ensure that your chicken fingers are safe for people with celiac disease or gluten intolerance.
  • Season the flour blend with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. This will add flavor to your chicken fingers.
  • Dredge the chicken strips in the seasoned flour blend. Make sure to coat them evenly.
  • Dip the chicken strips in the beaten egg. This will help the breading stick to the chicken.
  • Roll the chicken strips in the gluten-free bread crumbs. Press them in firmly so that the bread crumbs adhere to the chicken.
  • Place the chicken strips on a greased baking sheet. Make sure they are not touching each other.
  • Bake the chicken strips at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 15-20 minutes. Or until they are cooked through and golden brown.
