PEACH COBBLER
I found this peach cobbler recipe on the internet from the Salt Lick Restaurant in Austin, TX. Everyone loves this recipe so much I have to make a double batch! Feel free to cut back on the sugar. Everyone has and the peach cobbler still comes out perfect. :D Personally, I always use two bags of frozen peaches instead of canned.

Tips:
Use Fresh Peaches:
Fresh peaches deliver the best flavor and texture to your cobbler. Choose ripe, juicy peaches that are free of blemishes.
Peel and Slice Peaches Properly:
Score a shallow X on the bottom of each peach. Immerse in boiling water for 30 seconds to loosen the skin. Transfer to an ice bath to stop the cooking. The skin should now peel off easily. Slice the peeled peaches into 1-inch thick slices.
Use a Combination of Spices:
Cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger are classic spices for peach cobbler. Experiment with different combinations to find your favorite blend.
Make a Simple Syrup:
A simple syrup made from sugar and water helps to thicken the juices from the peaches and create a glossy glaze on top.
Use a Deep Dish:
A deep dish ensures that all of the ingredients have enough space to cook evenly and that the cobbler doesn't overflow.
Chill the Crust:
Chilling the crust before baking helps to prevent it from becoming soggy.
Serve Warm with Vanilla Ice Cream:
Peach cobbler is best served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. The cold ice cream complements the warm, gooey cobbler perfectly.
Conclusion:
A Delicious and Easy Summer Dessert:
Golden Corral's Peach Cobbler is an easy-to-make and delicious summer dessert. With its sweet, juicy peaches, flavorful spices, and crispy crust, this cobbler is sure to be a hit with your family and friends. So next time you're looking for a quick and easy dessert, give this recipe a try.
