4 thick cut pork chops
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon curry powder
½ teaspoon dried rosemary
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 egg, beaten

Steps:

  • Preheat an oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

4 thick-cut pork chops.
2 c graham cracker crumbs
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
1/2 tsp each, salt & pepper.
1 large egg, beaten.

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 375. Lightly spray a baking dish w/ cooking spray. Combine cracker crumbs, cinnamon, curry powder, rosemary and salt & pepper in a lg resealable bag. In shallow bowl, beat egg. Dip chops in egg, then into crumb mix, one at a time. Shake to coat evenly. Place pork chops in baking dish. Bake about 40 min, or until no longer pink inside.
