GRANDMA'S BANANA BREAD
This bread recipe was from my husband's grandmother. It is so simple to make and always comes out great. The original recipe did not have the vanilla in it, but I always add it. If I have bananas that are ripe, but I am not ready to make the bread, I just plop them in the freezer, peel and all. No need to put in a bag. They will turn black, but the insides will remain good and will be perfect for the bread. Just remove from the freezer, peel and add to the mixture.

Tips:
- Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor and texture.
- Make sure your butter is softened to room temperature before creaming it with the sugar.
- Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. This will help to incorporate air into the batter, resulting in a lighter, airier bread.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Gradually add the flour to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Overmixing can result in a tough bread.
- Fill the bunny bread molds only about 2/3 full, as the bread will rise during baking.
- Bake the bunny bread at the recommended temperature and time, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the bunny bread cool completely before frosting or decorating.
Conclusion:
Grandma Bachman's Bunny Bread is a delicious and festive treat that is perfect for Easter or any other special occasion. With its moist, fluffy texture and sweet, creamy frosting, this bread is sure to be a hit with everyone who tries it. So gather your ingredients and preheat your oven, and let's get started!
