3 garlic cloves, chopped
1 tablespoon salt

Tips:

  • Use fresh ingredients: The fresher the ingredients, the better your salsa will taste. If possible, use tomatoes that are in season and ripe.
  • Don't overcook the tomatoes: Overcooked tomatoes will lose their flavor and become mushy. Cook them just until they are softened and slightly charred.
  • Use a variety of peppers: Different peppers will give your salsa different flavors. For a mild salsa, use green bell peppers. For a medium salsa, use poblano peppers. For a hot salsa, use cayenne peppers or habanero peppers.
  • Add some herbs and spices: Herbs and spices can add a lot of flavor to your salsa. Try adding cilantro, cumin, garlic, onion, or oregano.
  • Don't be afraid to experiment: There are many different ways to make salsa. Don't be afraid to experiment with different ingredients and flavors until you find a recipe that you love.

Conclusion:

Salsa is a delicious and versatile condiment that can be used to add flavor to a variety of dishes. It's perfect for dipping chips, tacos, burritos, and enchiladas. It can also be used as a marinade for chicken, fish, or shrimp. No matter how you use it, salsa is sure to add a burst of flavor to your meal.
