12 ounces gin, preferably Hendrick's
3 ounces St. Germain elderflower liqueur
9 ounces Concord grape juice, preferably R.W. Knudsen Organic Just Concord
12 ounces club soda
3 limes, halved
1 bunch grapes, Concord or red globe halved and seeded

Steps:

  • In a 1 1/2-quart pitcher, combine gin, elderflower liqueur, grape juice, and club soda. Squeeze lime halves over pitcher, and stir. To serve, pour over ice in tall glasses, and garnish each with 4 or 5 grape halves.

2 cups white grape juice
3/4 cup sugar
3 (1/4-oz) envelopes unflavored gelatin
2 cups Elderflower Pressé*
1 drop red food coloring (optional)
*Available from Bottle Green Drinks Company in 25.3-fl. oz. bottles (905-273-6137).

  • Combine 1 cup grape juice and sugar in a small saucepan and sprinkle with gelatin. Let gelatin stand 1 minute to soften.
  • Cook over moderate heat, gently stirring occasionally, just until sugar and gelatin are dissolved. Remove from heat and stir in Elderflower Pressé, food coloring, and remaining cup grape juice. Pour into a 5-cup mold and chill, covered, until firm, at least 8 hours.
  • Dip mold in hot water a few seconds, then invert a plate over gelée and flip gelée onto plate.
