1 pound seedless red grapes
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
1 (6 ounce) package slivered almonds

Steps:

  • Wash grapes in a colander under running water, and remove all stems. Place in a large bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, stir together the cream cheese and marshmallow creme until smooth and creamy. Pour the mixture over the grapes. Using a rubber spatula or large serving spoon, fold the mixture into the grapes until well coated. Fold in the almonds.
  • This salad may be served immediately, or covered and refrigerated for 1 hour to set slightly, and to allow flavors to blend.

4 butterfinger candy bars, crushed

2 pounds seedless purple grapes
One 8-ounce package cream cheese, room temperature
One 8-ounce container sour cream
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped

Steps:

  • Wash the grapes and dry thoroughly with paper towels. Put the dry grapes in a 9-by-13-inch baking dish. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar and vanilla. Mix well using an electric mixer. Pour this mixture over the grapes and toss together until all the grapes are coated. Chill in the refrigerator.

1/2 cup Splenda granular
4 teaspoons vanilla
1/4 cup Splenda brown sugar blend
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped (or Pecans, chopped)

Steps:

  • Wash grapes first before using and drain.
  • Mix cream cheese, sour cream, Splenda granular and vanilla. Blend very well together on high for 3-4 minutes.
  • Carefully stir in the grapes.
  • Pour into a 9 x 13-inch cake pan and sprinkle the Brown Sugar Blend lightly over mixture (may require more if needed) and then sprinkle with chopped nuts.
