Tips:
- Mise en place: Before you start cooking, make sure you have all your ingredients and equipment ready. This will help you stay organized and avoid scrambling.
- Use fresh ingredients: The fresher your ingredients, the better your dish will taste. Try to buy seasonal produce whenever possible.
- Don't overcrowd the pan: If you're cooking meat or vegetables, don't overcrowd the pan. This will prevent them from cooking evenly.
- Season your food well: Don't be afraid to use salt and pepper. They're essential for bringing out the flavor of your food.
- Don't overcook your food: Overcooked food is dry and tough. Cook your food until it's just done, then remove it from the heat.
- Let your food rest: After you cook your food, let it rest for a few minutes before serving. This will allow the juices to redistribute and make the food more tender.
