1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped sun-dried tomatoes

2 ounces crumbled feta cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat, and lightly oil the grate.
  • Mix the chicken, bread crumbs, egg, lemon juice, sun-dried tomatoes, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper together in a bowl; form the mixture into 5 patties. 2 tablespoons chopped onion

1 cup chopped fresh spinach
1/4 cup chopped pitted kalamata olives
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano leaves
2 cloves garlic, chopped

2 whole-grain pita breads (6 inch), cut in half to form pockets
1/2 cup chopped fresh tomato
