3 avocados
1 garlic clove
1/2 lemon, juice of
1 teaspoon salt
2 drops Tabasco sauce
1/2 teaspoon mayonnaise

Steps:

  • Halve the avocados, remove the pips and scoop the flesh into the foodprocessor bowl.
  • Add the garlic.
  • Process the avocado till smooth.
  • Add lemon juice, salt, Tabasco and mayonnaise.
