1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup dried cranberries

Steps:

  • In a Dutch oven, place steamer basket over 1 in. of water. Place green beans in basket. Bring water to a boil. Reduce heat to maintain a simmer; steam, covered, 8-10 minutes or until crisp-tender., In a large skillet, combine orange juice, pomegranate juice, butter, vinegar, syrup, orange zest and seasonings. 4 garlic cloves, minced

2 dried red chili peppers, such as chile de arbol, broken
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon black mustard seeds
2 small purple, white, or russet potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
4 small carrots, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1 tablespoon peeled minced fresh ginger
1 tablespoon ground coriander
